分子檢測專用的經濟型分析儀*
BioCode® 2000 分析儀是 瑞磁生技 BMB 分析儀系列中的最新機種。 儘管作業原理和 BioCode® 1000A 相似，但 BioCode® 2000 分析儀可說是專為分子檢測打造，且價格更為平易近人。 反應發生後，磁珠會沉降至盤孔底部，便可辨識條碼及偵測磁珠的螢光訊號。 每一個盤孔可檢測多達 128 種標的物。
BioCode® 2000 分析儀具有一可移動載台 (XY平移)，能夠快速掃描整體微量盤。 配合 CCD 相機，利用明視野影像讀取條碼，然後經由讀取螢光訊號強度來量化標的物。 Cy3 和藻紅素 (PE) 為一般用來量化標的物之螢光染劑；若想選用其他螢光染劑，只需轉換成其他的光學濾鏡套件，十分便利。 最後透過 BioCode® 2000 分析儀的應用軟體，便能將各 BMB 的條碼及螢光強度，呈現於簡單易懂的數據報告上。
